Creating meaningful change requires working collaboratively across organisations and sectors. However, collaboration itself isn't sufficient. You also need a clear, provocative perspective and a careful process in order to succeed.
We have experience leading multi-sector policy creation processes, starting a systems change project disguised as a festival, facilitating experimental social labs, and consulting with individual organisations to deepen their systemic impact.
